Heritage Mews availability, prices and booking
Provisional bookings can be made online, by email or by telephone. When you book you will be asked to read and agree to Heritage Mews Booking Terms & Conditions. Please note that we only accept bookings that comply with current Government Covid-19 regulations.
Availability and prices
We offer flexible arrival dates and short breaks (minimum stay varies from 2 to 5 nights depending on season) all year, except Christmas and New Year whn the minimum stay is 7 nights. Available dates and prices are shown on the calendar below. To view the rental price for your particular dates, go to the month, click on your arrival date and enter the number of nights and number of guests (adult, child).

Click the green “Book now” button below the rental price on the calendar below and complete the Booking Form. You will receive an automatically generated booking summary by email, followed by an email from us with payment details. Your dates are booked provisionally but please note that your booking is only confirmed when we send you our Booking Confirmation.

Weekly bookings, or longer, are available throughout the year. Arrival days are flexible. For a booking longer than 7 nights, the price for each additional night is pro rata (one 7th of) the weekly rate.
Flexible short breaks are available all year except Christmas & New Year. Minimum stay is from 2 to 5 nights depending on the season. Arrival days are flexible.
Number of guests: maximum occupancy is three guests, including children. When you book, we require the name of each adult guest and the age of each child. Only those guests named on the booking form are allowed in the property during your stay. Additional daytime guests may be allowed, depending on the number; they are at our discretion and require our written consent, so please ask in advance.
Pets: pets are not permitted in the property
Smoking policy: to ensure a smoke-free environment for all our guests we let Heritage Mews to non-smokers only.
Occupancy is from 3pm on arrival day until 10am on departure day.
What is included in the rental price
All utilities; controllable gas central heating; unlimited Wi-Fi internet access (password protected); bed linen, with beds made up on arrival; towels (a bath sheet, bath towel and hand towel for each guest), two bath mats, kitchen and tea towels; 3 toilet rolls; hand soap in the kitchen and bathroom; paper kitchen towel, cling film, aluminium foil, bin liners; dishwasher gel, rinse aid and salt; washing up liquid, washing up cloths and sponge; surface cleaner; clothes washing liquid; salt and pepper; tea, coffee, sugar and milk for drinks on arrival; use of our private off-street parking for two cars. We also provide a complimentary welcome tray and toiletries. For stays of two weeks or longer, a weekly change of bed linen and towels is provided together with a basic clean (NB: while there are Covid-19 social distancing and safety measures in place, we will not be providing a basic clean mid-stay).
Booking and payments
To confirm a booking we require a completed Booking Form (either a PDF Booking Form or an online Booking Form) confirming your agreement to our Booking Terms and Conditions and a £75 non-refundable deposit per week or part week. The balance of the rental is payable 8 weeks before the arrival date. For bookings made within 8 weeks of the arrival date, we require a Booking Form and immediate payment of the total rental. We accept payments by UK bank transfer in £/GBP; by cheque drawn on a UK bank; or by credit or debit card via a PayPal invoice.
