Rental prices and availability for Heritage Mews self catering holiday cottage, Stratford-upon-Avon

Rental Prices include central heating, gas, electricity, unlimited Wi-Fi internet accesss, bed linen & towels, and private off-road parking for two cars. We also provide a complimentary welcome tray, toiletries and freshly arranged flowers for your arrival, and use of our money-saving Gastro Card. Prices shown below are for weekly holiday rentals for a maximum of three guests plus one infant in your own travel cot. Guests can check-in / arrive from 3pm on arrival day and must vacate the property no later than 10am on departure day.

Cot and Baby Equipment - on request: we can provide a range of baby and toddler equipment (including a stairgate, bathtub, highchair / booster seat and bedrail) on request. There is no additional charge for these. A 'Mamas & Papas Metro' beechwood cot (with cotton cot linen) can be set up in the single bedroom on request - at an additional charge of £25 per week or short break. Please enquire for details.

Weekly Holiday Lets: from 4 May to September 2013 (when the minimum stay is 7 nights), weekly prices shown below are for Saturday to Saturday bookings. From January to 4 May 2013 and from October 2013 to 29 March 2014 (when the minimum stay is 2 nights), arrival days for weekly lets are flexible depending on existing bookings - please enquire.

Short Breaks are available from January 2013 to 04 May 2013 and from October 2013 to 29 March 2014 (excluding Christmas and New Year). Minimum stay is two nights. Arrival days and length of stay are flexible depending on existing bookings - please enquire.
