Prices and availability for Heritage Mews holiday cottage Stratford-upon-Avon

Prices include central heating, gas, electricity, unlimited Wi-Fi internet accesss, bed linen & towels, and private off-road parking for two cars. We also provide a complimentary welcome tray and freshly arranged flowers for your arrival, and use of our money-saving Gastro Card. Prices shown below are for weekly holiday rentals from 3pm on arrival day until 10am on departure day, for a maximum of three guests plus one infant in your own travel cot.

Cot & Baby Equipment: we can provide a range of baby and toddler equipment (including a stairgate, bathtub and highchair / booster seat) on request. There is no additional charge for these. A 'Mamas & Papas Metro' beechwood cot (with two sets of cotton cot linen) can be set up in the single bedroom - at an additional charge of £25 per week or short break. Please ask for more details.

Weekly Holiday Rentals: from the end of March to the beginning of November, weekly holiday rental prices shown below are for Saturday to Saturday bookings. If you are interested in a different arrival day, please enquire. From November to the end of March, arrival days for weekly rentals are flexible depending on existing bookings.

Short Breaks are available from November to the end of March (excluding Christmas and New Year). Minimum stay is two nights. Arrival day and length of stay are flexible depending on existing bookings. In 2012 short breaks of 3 or 4 nights are also available from 1 to 8 June, which includes the Queen's Jubilee Bank Holiday.

2012 SHORT BREAK RATES:
.3 January to 11 February 2012: 2 nights £200; 3 nights £265; 4 nights £320; 5 nights £375.
11 February to 17 March 2012: 2 nights £210; 3 nights £280; 4 nights £340; 5 nights £395.
** 1 to 8 June 2012: 3 nights (arriving 1, 2 or 5 June) at £375; 4 nights (arriving 1 June) at £440; 7 nights from 1 to 8 June at £625 or
** 2 to 8 June: 6 nights at £550.
